Guilt stricken, grief stricken, anger stricken

Forgive and be forgiven

One who never learn to forgive, will never feel how great a relief that it will bring,
At times as we forgive others and seek for forgiveness ,   have we actually forgive ourselves ?
To forgive oneelf, free the body , mind , soul  and be at peace with one-self again .

Fills with ups and downs   , 
Love and hate crossing paths,

The wrongdoings and  misdeeds , one did to oneself .
It's  always easy to seek forgivenss from others
Sorry is the hardest word , forgiveness will be toughest when it's on ourselves .

Dwelling with the past , ache the heart 
To let go , it's easier said than done .
To forgive those who harm you , hurt you with action or words .

people who cause us pain can also free us 
from torment , if we can find it in our hearts to forgive . 
it's the toughest thing to do but what we will get in return is inner peace
It's ok to feel unappreciated,wronged and taken for granted .

Love does not calculates , love is unconditional .
If one can find love , will  also find the courage to forgive .
When I learn to forgive myself , I will learn and grow.

We give the best to our children yet we could not care less about the aged.
We put up with the nuisance and tantrums of a kid but not the grey and old.

The old is twice a kid. They need us as much as we need them.
